You may have noticed Creekside has a new website and booking system. Today we're going to talk about improvements and changes you can expect in the website and booking process. We hope you find the new site and system to be user-friendly, but if you have any questions about booking please do not hesitate to reach out!
A Quick Note
First, let me take a moment to wish a happy new year to all of you. I hope you're starting 2026 rested and ready to take on the world! We can't wait to be a part of your wellness journey this year.
Going into 2026 we had very ambitious plans for expansion. The new space is currently under construction, new staff being hired and trained, and as all of the pieces were falling in place it quickly became apparent that we were outgrowing our old system and needed an upgrade.
New System, Who Dis?
The booking overlay is an entirely new system: We did as much as we could to make the transition seamless, but you will need to create a new account the first time you use it. Everything is now digital so please help me by completing the intake forms again so I can update all of my records. This is the last time you will have to do this.
Square App: If you used the Square app to book, unfortunately that will no longer work. All booking for Creekside Massage & Bodyworks is now managed through the website overlay. A mobile app may be available in the future, which of course we will notify you of when that time comes.
Enhancements and Add-ons: If you wish to take full control of your session, you can now add enhancements and other customization during the booking process. Of course anything can be added during session too.
Gift Cards: All have been transferred over on the back end, so no worries there. Gift Card purchases now take place in the booking overlay.
Retail Products: We are in the process of re-adding all of our retail products. Shopping for them is done on the website outside of the booking overlay. If you wish to purchase on the site for pick up or for shipping, you will be able to check out there and we'll take care of the rest. They will also be for sale in suite when you visit.
