Deep Tissue
Deep Tissue Massage is a recommended treatment for those who may be suffering from aches and pains within the body.
Deep Tissue techniques are used throughout the session to focus on targeted pain areas. Although this treatment is the most effective for working out muscle pain and improving stiffness, the pressure should not be unbearably painful. On a scale of 1-10 the pressure should remain around a 7. It is important to communicate with your therapist in order to receive the best results from your service.
Remember, pressure is different for every individual and your preference may change on a per appointment basis. A deep tissue massage should feel as if it hurts so good. This treatment is focused on decreasing muscular pain/tension and improving sleep/mood.
Swedish
A Swedish Massage is a treatment focused on the relaxation of the body, mind, and soul. A soothing light pressure will be used throughout the session to ease muscular tension, stress, and anxiety.
This treatment is recommended for those who are in need of a serene space to be able to escape reality and melt away tension from the body and mind. We use a variety of relaxing massage techniques in effort to allow you to melt into the table and transport to a place of tranquility. This treatment decreases stress and anxiety while also improving sleep and well-being,
Lymphatic Drainage
A Lymphatic Drainage Massage is concentrated on moving accumulated fluid in a specific area or throughout the entire body. This treatment is recommended for someone who has fluid retention or inflammation within the body.
This is a wonderful service to slim the hips, waist, face, and aid in the break down of fat cells and cellulite. Moving the lymph fluid to the main drainage sites of the body decreases inflammation, bloating, and releases toxins from the body. We do not specialize in post-op lymphatic and only offer general lymphatic massage.
Trigger Point Therapy
Trigger Point Therapy is the treatment for anyone that may be experiencing tight fascia and tension in the muscles. Oftentimes, trigger point therapy is combined with deep tissue techniques depending on the goal of your session. Trigger points are pinpointed localized areas in the muscle that may cause radiating pain throughout the areas around it.
This session is recommended for those who frequently have headaches, radiating pain down their neck, arm, or back. Allowing your therapist to manipulate the soft tissue and fascia will lead to long term pain relief, increased mobility, improved sleep and mood.
Oncology
Oncology is meant for those who have been diagnosed with or are recovering from cancer. Whether you are receiving treatments or are in remission, we are here to help you through your journey. Before scheduling a massage it is best to consult with your physician to decide whether or not massage therapy may benefit you.
Oncology Massage Therapy includes manual lymphatic drainage and Swedish massage techniques in efforts to remove toxins from the body in addition to relaxing the body and mind. Your therapist will communicate with you throughout your service with the intention of maintaining comfort and tranquility during your session.

A Sports Massage is meant for all athletes out there. Whether you are a professional athlete or live an active lifestyle, this is the treatment for you. Sports Massage is a combination of deep tissue and stretching techniques.
The goal of this service is to improve the overall health of the muscles to assist recovery time, mobility, endurance and more. This is also a great service for anyone recovering from an injury or healing post surgery. Massage can aid in decreasing inflammation and increasing recovery time through light soft
tissue manipulation.
Pre-Natal
A pre-natal massage is a treatment catered towards pregnant women. The session will consist of soothing light pressure techniques for the ultimate relaxation of the body and mind. The client will be sidelined with a body pillow during the service to ensure the safety and comfort for both mother and baby.
