We operate our website, booking platform, and online store to provide you with a seamless and thoughtfully curated experience—whether you are reserving a service, purchasing products, or simply exploring our offerings (collectively, the “Services”). Our online store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to securely deliver these Services to you.
These Terms of Service, together with any policies referenced herein (the “Terms”), outline your rights and responsibilities when engaging with our Services.
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, we kindly ask that you refrain from using our Services.
SECTION 1 – ACCESS AND ACCOUNT

At Creekside Massage & Bodyworks, each service is thoughtfully designed to support relaxation, balance, and overall well-being. While deeply therapeutic, our services are not a substitute for medical care, diagnosis, or treatment.
We strive to present our services and products as accurately as possible. However, variations in display settings or individual experience may result in slight differences.
All offerings are subject to change as we continue to refine and elevate the experience we provide.
SECTION 3 – APPOINTMENTS, ORDERS & CANCELLATIONS
Appointments
Each appointment is a dedicated time reserved exclusively for you. We encourage advance booking to ensure availability.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that schedules can shift, and we strive to remain flexible while honoring the time set aside for each guest.

Changes made with at least 24 hours’ notice are accommodated without charge.

Appointments adjusted within 24 hours will incur a 50% service fee.

Missed appointments, or those canceled within 1 hour, are charged at the full session rate.
This policy allows us to thoughtfully manage our schedule and extend availability to other guests.
Orders (Retail & Online Purchases)
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.
Payment must be received before an order is confirmed. Once accepted, we may not be able to accommodate changes or cancellations.
All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy. You agree that purchases are for personal use and not for resale.
SECTION 4 – PRICING & PAYMENT
Our pricing reflects the care and intention behind each offering and is subject to change without notice.
You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize us to charge your selected payment method for all purchases and applicable fees.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control. Once an order is transferred to the carrier, responsibility passes to you.
SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content within our Services—including text, imagery, branding, and design—is owned by Creekside Massage & Bodyworks or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Our store is powered by Shopify; however, all purchases are made directly with Creekside Massage & Bodyworks. Shopify is not responsible for transactions between you and our business.

Your personal information is handled with care and in accordance with our Privacy Policy, as well as Shopify’s applicable policies.
SECTION 11 – FEEDBACK
Any feedback you provide may be used by us to improve and promote our Services. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use such feedback.
