Alexis Bailey

Owner, Licensed Massage Therapist

Caring for others is something I am very passionate about, which led me to massage therapy. Helping clients along their wellness journey through relaxation, stress relief, and practicing self care/love is the most rewarding part of my work.

I graduated from The Texas Center for
Massage Therapy in October 2016 marking a significant milestone in my career. This education provided me with a solid foundation of knowledge and techniques. Now, fueled by iced coffee and determination I am able
to work through the toughest knots I encounter.

Outside of the suite I am a wife and a dog mom who loves good food and working out.

Type of massages do you offer?

Massage modalities are diverse techniques used to manipulate soft tissues, ranging from Swedish massage for relaxation to deep tissue massage targeting muscle tension and chronic pain. Each modality employs specific strokes, pressures, and movements tailored to address various physical conditions and promote overall well-being.

Do I need to prepare for a massage?

To get the most out of your session, please arrive well-hydrated and feeling fresh so your muscles and skin are ready for relaxation. We always appreciate good hygiene, and we also recommend avoiding a heavy meal right before your appointment to ensure you stay perfectly comfortable on the table.

What can I expect after a massage?

After your session at Creekside Massage and Bodyworks, expect to feel relaxed and rejuvenated. You might notice some soreness as your body adjusts, but that just means the massage is doing its job! Stay hydrated, rest, and let the benefits of your massage continue to unfold.

Do I have to get naked for my massage?

We want you to feel completely comfortable during your massage. Whether you prefer to stay partially clothed or disrobe entirely, your comfort and privacy are our top priorities. During your service, you will remain draped by a sheet and blanket aside from the area your therapist is working on. Please let us know if you have any questions or need any adjustments during your session.
